Soft Goods Product Warranty
Our products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of the initial purchase.
Our products are also warranted to be manufactured according to our designs. Defective materials (zippers, buckles, fabrics) or workmanship (seams, construction) are covered by Stanley’s warranty.
This warranty applies only when our products are put to normal use and cared for according to the care and use instructions applicable to the products.
This warranty applies only to products purchased from Stanley or an authorized seller.
NOTE: We do not cover damage resulting from natural disasters or accidents, such as fires.
This warranty also does not apply to:
- Fake or counterfeit products
- Normal wear & tear (i.e., scratches, dents, blemishes, rips and punctures from use)
- Fabric deterioration and fading from prolonged use
- Defects or damage resulting from (1) any failure to follow the care & use instructions, (2) accidents, (3) post-purchase modifications to the product, abuse, misuse, or neglect.
For its soft goods, Stanley is providing a 3-year limited warranty against manufacturer’s defects.
Stanley reserves the right to require proof of purchase or return of the defective product. At our discretion, we may ask you to verify the defect through other means, such as sending photos or videos of the product.
We will repair or replace your product, in our sole discretion, at our expense with a comparable product currently being manufactured by us. If there are no comparable products currently being manufactured, we will contact you to discuss options. Replacements do not guarantee color or finish.
Replacement parts will be utilized to address the defects when available.
If you have a product with a custom design, we are not able to screen print or embroider/stamp the artwork on your replacement product.

This warranty is your exclusive warranty and there are no other warranties.
Distributors, resellers, and retail stores do not have the right to change the terms and conditions of the warranty.
In no event shall we be liable or responsible for any damage, loss, cost, or expense, including incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.
